At TPC Payroll HR Consultants, they know how busy you are and how many tasks you are juggling to run your business. Their job is to take human resources and payroll functions off your plate so that you can concentrate on doing the work that matters most – catering to your current clients, earning new relationships, and increasing profitability.

Meeting Kimberly Miles

I had the opportunity to meet Kimberly Miles, President and Founder of TPC Payroll HR Consultants when I stopped by her office to pick up an auction I’d won at the 4th Annual B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation’s Awareness Gala.

What I thought would be a brief cordial introduction and item pick-up turned into over an hour of laughs and conversation. Kimberly and I hit it off instantly!

TPC Payroll HR Consultants was founded in 2000 because it was time for a new direction in the human resources and payroll industries.

The large companies that provide the majority of payroll and HR services lost the human connection and empathy for companies’ true business needs. They became too corporate right when most clients wanted to move away from the impersonal corporate approach.

Bringing Humanity Back to Business

TPC is committed to bringing humanity back to business solutions services and truly partnering with you to take the human resources and payroll services pain out of running your business.

In her conference room, I was surrounded by her soothing presence as well as the numbers accolades she’s won: she was named on of Vegas Inc.’s Women to Watch, honored with The Silver State Award for her philanthropic efforts as well as many others.

No Easy Road to Success

While talking with Kimberly, I learned all of her successes did not come easy. She rose above a tumultuous childhood during which she was left motherless at age 10, sexually exploited and raped at 15, then dealing drugs just to provide for her basic needs at 18.

Now a successful business maven and book author, Kimberly is helping young women and girls who find themselves in situations similar to the ones she experienced through her founding of The B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation.

The B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation’s mission is to protect and rehabilitate girls and young women who have been victimized by the evils of sex trafficking and exploitation. Since its inception, the foundation has made great efforts to serve this vulnerable population and to provide the resources and support these individuals need to rebuild their lives.

Kimberly’s passion for business and The B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation is contagious! So much so that when she approached me several months after our first meeting about being the 5th Annual B.E. A S.H.E.R.O. Foundation’s Gala Committee Co-Chairwoman, I without hesitation said YES!

And be sure to purchase your copy of Kimberly’s autobiography, Zero to SHERO, available from Amazon. I can promise you it’s a page-turner and you won’t want to put it down.
